Prospect Pipeline Accomplishments

This team focused on creating a culture of pipeline awareness and personal accountability at all levels. The group developed performance standards for
frontline fundraisers to be applied university-wide in support of goal-setting and performance management. The group also consulted in university-wide gift officer portfolio resizing and in reviewing the results of the first year of Active Management Protocol, a set of time-based criteria aimed at moving more fundraising prospects through the development cultivation cycle.
