Project Description: Build a comprehensive communication strategy that reinforces and enhances the brand of NC State by engaging and highlighting the various federal and corporate partners across the NC State community. Building in part from the work of the Centennial Campus Marketing Committee, this effort will work to identify, prioritize and promote NC State’s differentiating partnerships, their benefit to the university community, and their impact to the region, state, nation and world. Third-party endorsements and marketing collaboration, highlighting research and discovery innovations, promoting the unique student opportunities and study-to-job pipeline, and marketing high-performing alumni in key corporations are just a few of the potential outcomes of this project. Other goals include establishing improved relationships with key partners to enhance development and sponsorship opportunities.

Ultimate Goal: By June 30, 2021, we will develop and implement a comprehensive unified communications strategy/plan for partnerships that allows NC State to better capitalize on our current and distinctive partnership ecosystem, and our key partners, to most effectively elevate the university’s brand and reputation and achieve strategic goals. This will include, but not be limited to, highlighting Centennial Campus partners, as well as gathering supporting materials such as third-party endorsements and partner testimonials to better market NC State’s great partnerships, opportunities and impacts to our audiences.
