Develop National Brand Marketing Strategy Update

Accomplishments

  • Established baseline brand perception study through Hanover Research.
  • In progress – talking with internal and external constituents to understand their marketing needs and initiatives for better collaboration and partnership.
    • Added San Francisco Bay Area to market list and spoke to Partnerships office.
    • Establishing contacts with City of Raleigh, Raleigh Chamber, RTP, and Economic Development.
  • Established framework of 3 “good, better, best” plans.

New and Exciting

  • Hearing all the ways our goals intersect with individual groups and the possibilities if we can work together.
  • Shooting for an awesome national presence, but also knowing we still have a solid plan in the “good” category. 
    • Tracking and moving the needle by market.
