- After holding two workgroup meetings, the Full-Service Recruitment team is developing a recruitment survey/audit which will be distributed to the UA community by November 4.
- The survey/audit will focus on the A) hiring experience, B) search committee experience and C) the candidate experience
- The Talent Management team has recruitment benchmarking virtual meetings and in-person visits planned with University of Michigan, Rutgers and Duke in November
- The workgroup is looking forward to ensuring everyone’s recruitment experience, regardless of their role in the process, is more consistent, transparent and positive.
