- Determining reporting needs
- Execution of unique fund campaign
- Execution of peer to peer fundraising for two pilot groups – Marching Band and Black Alumni Society
- The Workgroup is currently focused on evaluating the current reporting/metrics needs with annual giving officers in Colleges/Units.
- The Workgroup will then move to benchmark other Universities who provide the experience NC State is looking for.
