Accomplishments

- Working docs in process – 1. Master “gift definition” doc to identify the types of gifts/criteria. 2. Identifying and prioritizing what gifts to tackle to create process doc.
Obstacles/Challenges
- Significant project – must move progress forward in manageable pieces and get buy-in along the way
What is exciting about this project?
- Outcomes will result in improved clarity and efficiency for several large departments on campus
- FLFs and Development Offices will be better equipped to manage various types of gifts
- Improved internal process will positively impact donor relations
