This group is working to improve our internal partnerships and procedures to make it easier for external partners and funders to invest in the university.
- In the past year we engaged stakeholders from 10 NC State offices in a process that identified pain points that impede partnerships. We used this feedback to develop a guide for managing gifts, sponsored projects and contracts. Relevant stakeholders are now reviewing it.
