Accomplishments
- Completed our assessment of internal and external stakeholders who must inform the RFP process and developed a “visual representation of data”
- Members of our committee watched the annual research symposium to gain a better understanding of how research ideas are generated (e.g. the lighting round)
Obstacles/Challenges
- Understanding and implementing associate dean feedback around fairness and a two-tiered RFP/intake process as we move forward
- Implementation work post hand-off to principal gifts
