This workgroup initiated establishing a strategic approach to define and measure engagement to better understand what matters to and influences NC State’s constituents. An effective scoring model will allow NC State to align programs, determine what activities to offer and ultimately lead to more engagement. This group selected and implemented an alumni engagement scoring platform. The team collected historical engagement data to feed the system and decision-making going forward.
