University Events Update

  • An Events Assessment Scope of Work has been drafted which identifies the stakeholders, analysis and the deliverables of an events assessment. The Events Workgroup has engaged three potential consultants to begin the process for selecting a firm to complete a full events assessment for NC State.
  • The events workgroup has begun conducting peer interviews, researching best practices, and working on identifying policies already in place at NC State for event planning.
  • The team has begun initial research in identifying potential technologies that will enhance event planning and event management at NC State.
