Project Description:

Develop a comprehensive two-tiered approach to university-wide volunteer engagement that will drive more meaningful and deeper development-focused engagement as well as more broad-based engagement.

Project Outcomes:

Identification of a point person for volunteer engagement as part of someone’s existing work portfolio – using current vacant Alumni Engagement position to include this as a main responsibility
Reviewing CRM recommendations with CRM Core team during engagement sprint (notification process for key prospects, lead generation dashboard, centralization of platforms for emails and events)
