Project Description: Launch a Deans Workgroup, representing all deans. that will work closely with the University Advancement leadership team to help advise on the implementation of the UA five-year road map, with primary emphasis on collaboratively identifying and implementing the right organizational structure for optimal fundraising outcomes. The Deans Workgroup will also provide regular updates at upcoming Deans Council meetings in order to ensure fully transparent lines of communication.

Goal: During 2019-20, establish and advise the implementation plan for the UA Strategic Plan
