Project Description:

Initiate an assessment of the gift agreement process to identify improvements in areas such as workflow, role clarity, limitations based on endowment level, etc., in order to enhance the giving experience for donors, improve the effectiveness of staff, reduce complexities, and ensure compliance. Deliver a set of recommendations addressing the areas listed above and any others identified in the assessment process.
