Project Description: Build a comprehensive professional development strategy for all University Advancement staff that would be tailored to job functions (frontline fundraiser, alumni engagement, communications and marketing, advancement services, administrative support, etc.). The strategy would include establishing a menu of opportunities, from specific training to conferences and courses, that would be used to facilitate personalized professional development plans based on experience level, supervisor recommendations and career aspirations.
Ultimate Goal: By June 30, 2021, we will map out clear opportunities and suggested offerings for all University Advancement Personnel that includes in-house courses, conferences, and trainings that will support their level of experience, help ladder them in their career goals, and support the mission and vision of NC State University Advancement Operations.
