Donor Services

The Office of Donor Services within the Department of Advancement Services is a central resource that fosters a collaborative relationship with our campus partners by assisting them with gift agreements, facilitating endowment reports, distinguished professorships and naming opportunities. Donor Services is responsible for:

Gift Agreements

Donor Services manages the gift agreement process for all foundations affiliated with NC State. Donor Services ensures gift agreements compliance with policy, procedures and standards.  

Endowment Reports

Donor Services produces annual endowment reports that describe the fiscal year performance of all endowed funds from July 1-June 30. Endowment reports are delivered in November to all endowment stewardess via a digital or paper report. 

Naming Opportunities

Donor Services manages the donor-funded naming opportunity process at NC State (not historical or honorific namings).

Distinguished Professorships

Donor Services manages the Distinguished Professorships process, as well as, managing NCSU applications to the State of North Carolina’s Distinguished Professors Endowment Trust Fund (DPETF).
