While we are working to standardize development officer metrics, there is significant inconsistency between college\/unit development teams and their level of involvement and responsibilities related to scholarships at NC State. Developing university-wide best practices for scholarship operations will help college\/unit leadership and their development teams better align their work towards revenue generation.
