The system of record for NC State advancement data is Ellucian Advance. Advance was licensed and extensively customized for NC State more than 20 years ago. A combination of growing internal needs and an expanding marketplace has created a need for a workgroup to elicit inputs and identify a path forward for next-generation CRM technology for University Advancement.
