Project Description:<\/strong> To address University Advancement\u2019s critical role in elevating NC State\u2019s brand awareness and reputation, increasing engagement, and strengthening pride-in-place among our constituents, we recognize the need for standardization and consistency around special events, hospitality and protocol. The Excellence in Special Events committee will engage an outside consultant to conduct a university-wide assessment of advancement special events that will serve as the foundation for delivering strategic and practical event management services university-wide. The assessment will review strategy, branding, messaging, reporting, resources and impact. Ultimately, the committee will present a comprehensive, collaborative events strategy and plan to ensure that live communications experiences (in person or online) are meaningful and impactful, memorable and positive experiences for our guests, and serve to help advance and achieve brand and campaign goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultimate Goal:<\/strong> By June 30, 2021, we will have developed a plan for consistency and standardization that will position NC State to use special events more effectively to elevate brand awareness, increase engagement and strengthen pride-in-place among our constituents.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
