Project Description:

Building on UA T.I.D.E.’s training work, this workgroup will continue this work by examining the current culture and perception of UA, define what an inclusive workplace culture is, and develop a framework that increases retention and well-being while complementing the culture(s) present within the colleges and units.  By tracking and evaluating NC State Advancement’s diversity and inclusion efforts through benchmarking to determine which key Advancement metrics related to diversity and inclusion need to be tracked, how, and by whom, to lay the groundwork for a welcoming environment for all.

    Project Outcomes:

    • Completed and shared findings from DEI assessment survey (The Inclusion Firm)
    • T.I.D.E. newsletter with updates from leadership
