Advance and Reporting Training Sign-up

Advance training sessions are held at the Joyner Visitor Center, room 222 within Advancement Services. You will be contacted by a member of the Advancement Information Services team with more information regarding your training request.

Someone in your business office must submit a SAR request for Advance access on your behalf. Once the SAR administrator receives a confirmation email, please have them forward it to Wes Ardoin.

Please note, this process often takes several days to complete, therefore, your requested date for training may be postponed.

Advance

Navigation, Bio and Gift - Online course

The course focuses on exploring the North Carolina State University alumni and donor records database, Advance. You will learn basic navigation, how to locate biographical and giving information, and much more! This course is offered online via the Moodle training platform.

Introduces Advances users to the Clipboard function within Advance. Clipboards are an advantageous method for organizing and managing lists. A reporting feature and list manipulation functions are also available via the Clipboard platform. This course is offered at the Joyner Visitor Center, Advancement Services office. Prospect - Online course

This course focuses on exploring the Prospect portion of the Advance database. It is designed to be used by Development Officers and their supporting team. In this session, you will learn how to enter contact reports, manage proposals, and other tools useful for major gift fundraising. This course is offered online via the Moodle training platform. Reporting

Michelangelo - {{schedule.michelangelo.time}}

Michelangelo is a user driven reporting tool that allows you to select multiple variables to create reports such as a trip report, giving report, biographical report and others. This course is offered at the Joyner Visitor Center, Advancement Services office. Please select a date that works best with your schedule.
